Welcome to AA-Angling’s fishing resource centre. Here’s where we compile lists and information about fishing & angling. The menu on the right will navigate you to the specific areas in the fishing resource area.
There will be two main sections:
- Fishing Resources; this is where you will find links and web site information to all manor of fishing online – fishing tackle retailers, sites containing fishing news and information for the angler, specialist sites like fishing baits or carp fishing, links to all the major brand names of fishing and more.
- Fishing Information; this area, which is still in development, will have specific information AA-Angling have compiled through experience and research. Some of the concept areas for this section are; Fishing Baits, Rigs & Methods, Fishing Innovations to name but a few.

- Fishing Bait Online Possibly one of the biggest single subjects in fishing and we're trying to compile lists of online resources specifically for fishing bait, its uses, and advice from the experts.
- Fisheries & Places to fish Links to fishing resources online containing information about where to fish, venues, good fishing water locations, club fishing waters and more.
- Angling Clubs & Societies Angling club websites, with details of their waters, membership prices, competitions and much more.
- Brand Names of Fishing Of course we wouldn't be complete without a list of all the brand names & manufacturers of fishing equipment, some very famous and some not so but we list as many as possible.
- Carp Fishing Videos a selection of videos about carp fishing from beginners advice to hints & tips for the specialist.
- Predator Fishing Videos videos for the angler out for the predatory fish like pike. Useful information about rigs and setups on how to optimise your predator fishing.
- Coarse Fishing From beginner to specialist this section holds many videos on all sorts of coarse fishing with loads of good advice for all fishermen.
Online Fishing is the online resource for fishing & angling TV channels. Offering exclusive angling series, classic fishing shows like ‘Passion for Angling’, ‘Fish O Mania’ and many more.
The Fishing section of the Environment Agency web site provides loads of useful information which all anglers will have used. It explains the bylaws for the different regions of the uk, information on where to go fishing, details on how & where to buy your rod licence and much more. - Anglers under the age of 12 do not need a rod licence to go fishing.
- Full and concessionary rod licences expire on 31 March each year
